Set-ready turnovers on
schedules that do not wait.

Production schedules are fixed. Crew calls are non-negotiable. When a stage turns over between shoots, the cleaning window is exactly as long as it is and not a minute longer. Every crew, route, and checkpoint is built around that reality.

Case Study

Trilith Studios.
Marvel. DC. Warner Bros. Zero delays.

Trilith Studios outside Atlanta has hosted some of the most significant film and television productions of the past decade. When a Marvel production wraps on a soundstage and another begins in hours, there is no room for a cleaning partner who needs a longer window. We have built our operation around Trilith's production calendar.

Overnight soundstage turnovers coordinated with production schedules
Flexible crew deployment based on shoot completion times
Set-adjacent cleaning that protects equipment and set dressing
Back-of-house and administrative building maintenance across the campus
On-call response for production-day needs between shoots
6 AM

is when the crew call happens.

The stage has to be set-ready before the first grip arrives. There is no overtime on a production schedule. We finish on time or we do not take the job.

Built around the production
calendar, not around ours.

Every capability we deploy in film and media environments was built because a real production demanded it. Flexibility is not a feature. It is the baseline.

Soundstage Cleaning

Full soundstage cleaning between productions: floors, rigging areas, walls, bathrooms, and production office spaces. We work from the stage manifest and know what stays and what goes.

Production Schedule Flexibility

Shoot ran long? We adjust. Stage vacated early? We can move up the window. Our operations team is in direct communication with your production coordinator to sync on timing.

Set-Ready Verification

Every turnover is documented with a set-ready checklist and photo sign-off. Your production coordinator receives confirmation before the crew call. No surprises at first look.

Overnight Turnovers

The highest-stakes turnovers happen in the few hours between wrap and crew call. We staff specifically for overnight windows and deploy teams sized to the square footage and scope.

Campus Maintenance

Beyond soundstages: production offices, wardrobe buildings, commissary, workshop spaces, and administrative facilities across the full studio campus.

GPS-Verified Completion

Every shift logged with GPS arrival and departure. Digital inspection with photo documentation. Your facility coordinator has a full record before the day starts.

Most janitorial companies
can't move at production speed.

Standard janitorial contracts assume fixed hours, predictable schedules, and the same scope every night. Film production does not work that way. Shoots run long. Schedules shift. A stage that was supposed to turn Saturday turns Friday. We have built an operation that bends without breaking.

Common questions from
film and production facility leaders.

Film studios require a layered approach: overnight soundstage turnovers between productions, production day porter services for active shoot days, campus-wide building maintenance for offices and support facilities, and on-call response for schedule changes. The key differentiator from standard janitorial is flexibility. Production schedules do not conform to standard cleaning windows.

We work from a set manifest provided by your production coordinator that identifies what is permanent, what is a set piece to be preserved, and what is debris for removal. Cleaning crews are briefed before entering the stage. We never move or touch set dressing without explicit direction, and we use equipment and chemicals safe for proximity to cameras, lighting rigs, and sensitive production assets.

Turnover time depends on the stage size, the scope left by the previous production, and the condition required for the next shoot. A standard mid-size stage turnover typically takes 4 to 8 hours with a properly sized crew. We size the team to the window available, not to a standard headcount.

Most cannot. Standard janitorial contracts operate on fixed schedules with standard notice periods. We maintain a direct communication line with production coordinators and operations managers at the studio so when a shoot schedule changes, we can adjust deployment the same day.

We adapt in real time. When a wrap runs past the expected time, we adjust by either mobilizing a larger crew for the compressed window or prioritizing the areas required for the first day of the incoming production. Set-ready status is confirmed before the crew arrival regardless of how the window changed.

Film studio campuses include a wide range of facility types: soundstages with specialized floors, production offices with high turnover, wardrobe and prop buildings with sensitive inventory, commissary and food service areas, exterior lot maintenance, and construction workshop spaces. Each requires different protocols. The overriding challenge is schedule volatility and the need to protect production assets throughout.

Many studio campuses require background checks, non-disclosure agreements, and credentialing for all contractors with access to active production areas. We manage the full credentialing process for our teams and can meet the security requirements specified by the studio and production company.

No obligation. Ever.

The crew call happens at 6 AM.
We finish before they arrive.

We walk your campus, understand your production calendar, and build a cleaning program that works around your schedule, not against it. Set-ready verification before every crew call.
