Responsible for general cleaning duties in commercial facilities including restrooms, common areas, lobbies, and break rooms. Training provided. No experience required.
Floor Care Specialist
Operate floor care equipment including auto-scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors. Apply floor sealers and treatments including Micron molecular-bonding technology. Experience preferred.
Team Lead
Supervise a team of 3 to 8 technicians across one or more assigned areas. Conduct quality inspections, document completed tasks, and communicate with the operations manager on issues.
Site Supervisor
Manage all cleaning operations at a single client site. Responsible for staffing, quality assurance, client relationship, and day-to-day operations. Salary position with growth potential.

Overnight shifts are a standard part of the MFS service model because most enterprise cleaning happens after hours. Many positions are primarily overnight with production-aligned schedules that rotate around client operations. Shift options are discussed during the application process.
